I need to get a different iron. This one, the temperature setting is too easy to change…if you bump it it can end up getting turned WAY up…then this can happen:
This was going to be my wedding dress. It may yet, if I can get up the heart to re-cut that back bodice section, un-stitch the dress entirely (french seamed all the way, of course) and put in the replacement panel, re-stitch the lace, etc.
God, what a hosing. I don’t know if I have enough give-a-shit to do it.
