About which I bitched so vehemently last week. We took it to Vee Village today, and after 20 minutes of removing splash-shields and inspecting the radiator and its environs thoroughly, they called me at the office to tell me that there’s not a goddamn thing wrong with the radiator, its mounting brackets, the heater core, or anything associated with the cooling system.
So SUCK IT, dealership! We’ve brought our car to y’all for the last time EVER!
$18 to have the car examined at Vee Village vs. $860 to replace a perfectly sound radiator mount at the dealership. Fie! I’m going to be contacting the general manager of the dealership to voice my displeasure, and if they blow me off, I’m writing Volkswagen.
