1. Napping in a warm, sunny room at about 2:00 p.m. with my Animaniacs quilt pulled up to my chin.
2. Drinking a room-temperature Pepsi after several hours of heavy physical work
3. The smell of fresh-turned dirt in my garden
4. Riding way too fast on my bike
5. Pizza
6. When one of my cats rubs his or her furry self against my bare calf
7. A sincere smile, especially in response to something I have said or done
8. When springtime is happening
9. When the phone rings and it is somebody I want to talk to
10. Fresh fruit, in season, really ripe, and pretty much in its ideal eating prime.
